Dining Services

The College offers various dining options to accommodate the demanding schedules of campus life for both the Resident and Commuter student.

Your dining experience is more than great food. It is community experience centered on culinary expertise, fresh ingredients, healthy options and a shared sense of environmental and social responsibility. Our team is committed to creating the best possible dining experience. Join us to experience the comfort, convenience, outstanding food and inviting atmosphere designed especially for you.

We feature a beautifully renovated dining area that caters to all students, faculty, staff and guests. The openness of design invites comfort and community interaction.

Campus dining offers fresh and healthy options at their many stations such as: Fire and Spice Grill, La Trattoria, Global Fusion Stir Fry, Market Place and Baja Café to name a few. Food service is available from 7:30am to 7:00pm Monday thru Friday in the main dining area with late night options in the new Red Barn Café until Midnight. Brunch and dinner are available on weekends and holidays.

The Milner Dining Hall, catering, and retail operations are managed by Sodexo Campus Services with offices located in the Clarke Center. Sodexo is responsible for all aspects of the food service operation including employment of personnel, menu  development, licenses and adherence to regulatory agency standards. Additional details concerning the operation of the dining program can be obtained by the Director of Dining Services.
